Facilitation of group workshops

I also work as a facilitator leading communication skills workshops. I have previously led this kind of workshop for Tideway, BP, Ringway Jacobs, Bristol Ports, AB Ports, Joseph Gallagher Limited, Woodford Heating & Energy, Lower Thames Crossing and Ørsted.

Maybe you have a specific programme that you are looking for an experienced facilitator to deliver? Or maybe you’d also like to consult me about the course design for a new communication skills programme? Let’s discuss how best I can serve the needs of your people.

In my experience…

The ideal number of participants for groups sessions is approximately 10. This allows us to focus on individual needs within the group, whilst simultaneously benefitting from the differing perspectives that a group dynamic gives us.

Whether it’s an exisiting communication skills programme you wish to be delivered, or a new programme altogether, there are several variables to work through. Again my approach is bespoke to you. So, we can discuss exactly what outcomes you are looking to achieve through the workshop. This will inform the particular content and also the length of the session. For this service I am often happy to travel outside the London area – so let’s discuss that too, if your group are elsewhere.

In her work with my clients I’ve found that Rebecca establishes rapport effortlessly. This puts clients instantly at ease, making it easy for them to share their concerns and objectives with her. She is a great listener. I would say her approach is open, honest, supportive, user-friendly and holistic. She offered really useful tools and structures that helped with positive thinking and positive outcomes.
